I went a little overboard...
Today is my 14th birthday, and I went a little overboard. I’ve been exercising 3 times a week for 1 hour each, and I’ve kept to it for a long time. I eat healthy snacks too. I haven’t had a cheat day until today, and I ate a LOT. I had a cheese burger, a fudge stuffed cookie, and half of an eight inch cake. I feel terrible. Not physically, but mentally I feel crappy because I’m afraid I’m gonna fall out of my healthful habits. I’m so scared I just ruined everything I’ve worked for. I feel like I’ve let myself down...
