help??

so basically i’m 13, 5’4, and 130 lbs which means i’m in the 88th percentile for my bmi. my doctors said that i should watch my weight because i’m getting close to the overweight weight. My legs are mostly muscle, i can barely pinch any fat, but they’re super bulky. anyway how i can lose a little bit of weight and some tips on slimming down my legs?
