My family 🙄

So I met my bf online and we've been together going on almost 9 months. And my cousin asked me where did I meet him and I said online. Then her and my mom start talking about that's not safe they lie on there and blah blah blah. I'm just thinking what's the difference from meeting a guy at a bar, church, ect...they all can lie rather you meet them online or in person. And honestly so far my bf has been 100% honest with me about everything.
