Mine have ginger in them so pretty sure that helps

I had to switch to a vitamin that didn’t have added iron. Made a huge difference!

I started taking the vitafusion with dha and taking with dinner, seems to be helping a lot better

Try switching to a different brand. In my last pregnancy I got extremely sick anytime i took centrum. 
Make sure you take with food as well!
