IVF did it take you?" /> 
To make a long story short, I am 28 with stage 4 endometriosis and low AMH. Had a round of IVF that failed and now I'm on round 2 "long lupron protocol" Would love to hear your story!

Hey girl! Same story stage 4 endo/.59 AMH ..we only did one round of IVF..we had 3 embryos ..(no pgs testing) did a fresh 3 day transfer = BFN.. did a FET = BFN ...so before we transferred our last embaby we were going to do it all ..ERA, long lupron protocol..THE WORKS. My ERA came back normal no change whatsoever in transfer window NOTHING ..I was freaking out a bit cause I thought that test would give us the answers we needed and it didn’t. Then find out insurance wouldn’t cover a dime of the lupron so me and my doctor talked and she said let’s go for it and we agreed. She said doing the ERA is just like doing a scratch so it could help..we transferred our last embryo 7/15 and we got our BFP 7/20 
Sorry for the novel lol but I did have a plan set if we had to do another cycle definitely do pgs testing if you can ..save yourself the heartache of failed transfers (even tho I know pgs tested embryos can still fail. It would just be extra reassurance IMO) and do an ERA to make sure your in the right transfer window.

We’re unexplained infertility. Did 2 retrievals and 1 fresh and 4 frozen transfers. Our last frozen transfer worked and it was a semi natural cycle.

I'm right there with you - 31, endometriosis, and on my 2nd round of ivf (with lupron this time) after my first ivf cycle failed. Let's hope this is it for us!
