Any ideas?

So I'm a little worried and need to vent. And this will be tmi sorry. So on Friday I had some spotting. Only when I wiped. So for precaution I wore a pad. Saturday and Sunday nothing on the pad but still blood when I wiped and peed. Monday to today there is blood on the pad. Doesn't feel like a period. No cramps just blood. Not a lot. Like I use two pads a day that's how light it is but it's a bright red blood. I was gonna wait until tonight to talk to my mom but I'm afraid it maybe ectopic pregnancy but when I was in the hospital 2 weeks ago they would have gotten a positive pregnancy test right?
