NAP how to

Collette

Am I the only one still holding baby for naps and nursing them to sleep?? 😬

I’m a SAHM with a part time work from home job so I count on that sleep to get a few hours of work done. I got the taking Cara babies info and I know it’s a win if baby sleeps even just 10 minutes in crib or swing but I waste all day trying to get him down that way and then he’s completely thrown off and I’m frustrated.

I have posted in mom groups on FB and they are like oh 4 months is too young to sleep train! But then I heard around this time they are supposed to be on a pattern? I watch his wake windows and I know around the times he usually crashes but I just am choosing to stay stuck in one spot because I know he will sleep solid for a good amount and there is hardly any issue getting him to drift off that way. I just want to know if I’m making it harder on both of us and if everyone else has already started setting them down on their own and walking away for naps?
