Sciatica pain?
I'm 13 weeks and for the past week I've had this pain in my ass cheek, near my tail bone. It also moves to my hip and just under my ass cheek. I do have a bad back in general so I thought it could be the start of back pain but it feels more in the cheek.
Any tips on how to ease the pain?
