Lizandro for a mixed baby

I am 23 weeks and my husband and I think we have made a decision on name which will be Lizandro Anthony Segura. I am Italian and he is from Guatemala. His parents don't usually get involved with our personal decisions but my whole family does includings parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, sister, cousins etc. One time I mentioned this name while we were brainstorming and my uncle made a comment that its "too hispanic" and to stick to a classic American or European name. My mom is almost forcing me to put Anthony as his first name after my father and grandfather. I have it as a middle name but they seem upset because they think it should be his first name...... Should I listen to my family's opinions or just go with what we chose? How do I announce the name to them without feeling guilt?
