11 dpo pls help!

Hi there I have been having some symptoms (sore breasts for about a week, a bit crampy, and some spotting just took a pregnancy test and it came out BFN can anyone tell me if this looks like implantation bleeding? I had it with my daughter but she's 8 yo now and I honestly don't remember lol I need help please baby dust everyone
