Too much
My anxiety has been awful. My husband has been in basic for 2 months now. My anxiety has gotten worse over the weeks. It's to the point where it physically hurts. I can't eat. I can't sleep till about 2 or 3 in the morning. I don't know what to do. I can't keep living like this but I don't have insurance to go to a doctor. I'm scared if I do go that they'll tell me they can't do anything. I'm at a lose of words. I'm at a lose for everything.
