Might my doctor consider inducing me at 38 weeks for medical reasons?

I know induction at 38 weeks is not ideal, but I have a herniated disc in my lower back causing a pinched nerve & I have a huge pain tolerance but this is absolutely unbearable 😭 I try so hard to tuff it out and get over myself but it hurts so bad, I literally cant walk one step without awful pain shooting across my tailbone and down my leg, I cry every time i have to bend to sit down on the couch, and I wake up crying in agonizing pain every night bc I’ll roll over in my sleep without realizing and its so horrible, my chiropractor said theres nothing they can do to help me until the baby is out and I am so miserable 😭
