Fertility & getting help getting pregnant?

My doctor told me that if I didn't get pregnant by October she could prescribe me something to help get pregnant. I was wondering if it was a good idea? If they helped? & maybe how long it took someone to conceive while on them?

Hi! Depends what you are prescribed, there a lot of options depending on results of your tests and such. I've been diagnosed with PCOS (super irregular cycles) so I'm not on my first round of Femara to stumulate ovulation. Some take Clomid for that. I've done HSG to smoke sure my tubes are not booked. So your doctor will probably need to run some tests to see why you are not conceiving

Im ttc.i regulary checked my CM during my fertility window but it seems very dry.im so frustrated and sad.we really want to have a baby by this time.what shall i do?
