How do you know if you have the correct flang size? How far is nipple supposed to be sucked in? How do you sit while pumping? I have the spectra S2 I don't even know where to start, but I want to be successful in breastfeeding 😭

Google pumpables flange ruler. You print it and cut the circles out and measure AFTER you pump. It was extremely helpful to me.
