Liquid gold down the drain 😭

Y'all, I got home yesterday after work and fed the baby, gave her a bath, and put her to bed. She slept 8pm - 4:30am, nursed and went back to bed 🙌. So I go back to sleep and get up at 6:30, shower and get ready for work only to just now realize the 13oz I pumped yesterday was still in my little cooler in my kitchen! 😳 In all the busyness of the evening I didn't put it in the fridge!! Needless to say, despite the 2 little ice packs in it, the milk isn't cold and now I will have to pour it down the drain 😭😭🤦🙍 I think this is one of the worst feelings EVER!
