Post ovulation symptoms ?

My peak came on Sunday the 21st so glow predicted I ovulated on Monday. Today I am having some cramping and tender nipples/breast. I’m not sure what it means? I’m very tired.

That’s progesterone symptoms- which happen for pregnancy as well as before a period. Some people say they “just knew” when they were pregnant, but they don’t tell you about all the other times when they knew and weren’t 😉. There’s only 2 possible outcomes so user bias is very real lol. 
The only way to know for sure is to wait long enough to take a test. Best of luck! ❤️
