Can someone check this out 😂

This week I’ve been feeling sooo weird like the feeling in your head/back of neck when you begin to get sick and you feel achey.. but I don’t feel like I’m getting a cold or anything and my nose has had this weird smell inside of it like as if my nose is bleeding like the smell of blood but slight.. which is weird bc it hasn’t bled or anything and hasn’t since 2007... it also feels like (inside of my nose) the feeling of after you get water up inside your nose underwater and then afterwards it’s uncomfortable... I’ve been getting a little lightheaded and dizzy as well but I’m not sure why? I don’t know if the nose smell thing makes sense but it’s so strange
