Possible cows milk allergy, help! TMI pic posted

My LO is 8 weeks old and has been through the loop- she was dx with reflux on Zantac and a tongue tie which has been repaired and she’s finally feeding better and spitting up less. But she’s always had troubles with excessive gas we pretty much use mylicon around the clock and she’s constantly got loud explosive poops. She’s also very fussy/unsettled. For the last few weeks I’ve noticed that her poops seem more watery and mucousy? Haven’t noticed any blood. Can anyone tell me if this diaper looks like it might indicate a cows milk allergy? We go to the peds next week but figured I’d see if any other mamas had input!
