Lap dancing?

I want to give my DH a lap dance, but I can't move my body the way I want to. I am not all that limber. I am 200lbs, but don't look it. I need some help. This is my body. I have a very big but and thighs. My black capris hides it some. Lol​

Try yoga. I was a lot more flexible when I conditioned for volleyball now I just do yoga, I'm still not as limber but it helps... Plus conditioning helps matabolism, just gotta get the motivation. (: YOU CAN DO IT

You have a great curvy body. I would practice, just dance for fun and you will get better. Dance I front of a mirror and try yoga to stretch and tone.
