I think if my sciatic nerve pain could go away I can sleep any tips? I’ve used ice packs I’ve tried hot bath, dial soap? Idk it was recommended I’m desperate. Tried sleeping in our bed, on the couch, on the dogs couch. NOTHING. It’s so painful.
