Has anyone used a doula before or planning on it? What are your thoughts and recommendations on having a doula?

I know it has been awhile since you asked this questions but in case you still wonder I will answer. Doulas are amazing especially if you are having a hospital birth. They are the contant support, they help your other support persons to know how brst to help. They have so many amazing tools that they use to help you have the kind of birth that you want and are deserving of. The are so many doulas here.
