Birth plan
Anyone else worried they’ll be viewed as too demanding if they type up a birth plan? Mine will include preferences for a normal labor, and then preferences if I end up having a c-section, as well as a list of family members who may decide to visit after.
I really want to have a positive relationship with my healthcare providers but I also have strong preferences and I worry that voicing them will put people off.
