I wanna get my nipples pierced but i don’t want it to stop the development of my breast. Would it be okay to do that or no? And no i haven’t done my research yet.

Most if not all piercing shops won’t pierce “private” body parts under 18 even with parental consent.

Wait till you’re legal I could be wrong but here in Australia , you’re not allowed to get piercings under 18 or without parental permission, but I don’t think the artist will risk losing his job (majority are men) over doing an underaged girls breasts...... nope

I don't think they will hurt your development. But I don't believe you will get pierced there until you are 18. But did a place you like, and ask. Worst they can say is no🤷 I have mine and they help my confidence boost after my children deflated my tits.
