Upper stomach cramping

I am currently 34 weeks pregnant. And the past few days I’ve had super bad stomach cramping/burning and diarrhea. I can barely eat or drink anything without leaning over in pain. Is this normal? I don’t have another OB appointment until the 6th but will see him if this continues or isn’t normal.. he said baby is super low in my pelvis and has dropped.
