I would like to know what was different from having a singleton and having twins or triplets?? YES SYMPTOMS or Dreams??

I had zero signs. My levels were also normal for a single pregnancy. I didn’t know until I had my first ultrasound. The ultrasound is all you have to go off of, nothing else.
