Hospital stay?

Mommas w boys, how long did you stay in the hospital? I heard it was longer cause of him being circumcised. This is my 3 baby but first boy & I’m due any day

2.5 days with both my boy and girl. The boy was circumcised- didn’t change how long we stayed.

It doesn’t change anything, they do it right before you leave.

I’m from the U.K. where circumcision isn’t done unless for medical or religious reasons, meaning most boys don’t have it! 
I was in hospital for around 24 hours with my son and it was only that long because I have a history of DVT so they needed me to stay overnight and then the following day we had to wait for his checks to be done before leaving as we didn’t want to have to go back in the next day for them.

I had my son on a Monday night, they did his circumcision on Tuesday & we went home Wednesday. So it was a normal stay for us

I had an emergency c-section so I stayed 4 days but they didn't circumcise him there. We had to go to our pediatricians, and it was done within a couple minutes and we went home.

I had a Emergancy c section at 36 weeks and had to stay for 5 days. I think it was more them monitoring me not so much the baby. He was circumcised as well

4 days my first and 5 days my second delivery (was boy twins). That's a really long time but was because of my health.

I just had my second boy I had an emergency c section so I was there 3 days my first was also a boy vaginal delivery I was there two days. Him being circumcised won’t effect how long you’re in the hospital

I had my son at 8:30pm on a Tuesday evening and we were discharged around 4pm Thursday. He had the procedure Thursday morning.
