Would it be dumb
So I only have a permit and I don’t have my license because nobody wants to teach me a 3 point turn but I can drive? I’ve drove on major highways and knowhow to do everything else. In September I’m getting a financial aid check & was thinking about just buying a car with it honestly. Is that DUMB?
