Wife looks for issues within me

My wife finds the absolute smallest things to make a issue all the time I was just told that I didn’t ask her how she felt due to our son being taken to the hospital yesterday with no notification from her I was working a hour and a half away and heard from my mother and left work ASAP to rush to the hospital even tho i was notified my son was ok I came to be support for her but apparently me leaving work and staying over night at the hospital even tho she said I could go home the issue now is that I didn’t ask how she felt this is a everyday thing she looks for problems to tell me I’m doing wrong never acknowledges anything positive can I get a little insight from you ladies on what I’m doing wrong cause I’m tired of feeling like a failure through this marriage
