Is it better to have sex every other day during your fertility week.. Or should you have sex every day.. Does it make a difference..what's the best choice?

When you're ovulating it's best to do it every other day to give the sperm time to build back up. Defiently baby dance on your peak day

I wonder this as well bc I have heard that you shouldn't every day but then heard that, that is a lie and having sex every day doesn't matter. So I'm curious too to hear from women who have gotten pregnant and if they did it every other day or every day.

Iv tried the every other but can't make it happen we like to do it to much it's hard to keep from doing it more than once a day during my fertili window so as to not deplete his count more than our daily habit does. But we have not achieved a baby yet so fingers crossed and good luck and baby dust to you and all of us.

Ok so I thought every other day to help strengthen sperm , but each day was fine too sperm obviously is still there just takes one but I think maybe power in numbers and all. But look this came up today just after I read this post. So I don't know just go with the mood and I have been advise highest ovulation day is best good luck xxx

I think if you man doesn't have any issues with his sperm, you can do it whenever or how much you like. we stick to the every second day rule as it seems to fit better with our schedule, we don't burn out and it's still fun not a chore. it worked once before, just not with a sticky baby so fingers crossed it will work again and this one will stick!
