12 week old doesn’t nap well
Does anyone else have a 12 week old that doesn’t nap well? Is this just a phase? He sleeps at most for 45 mins. I’ve read every sleep website I can think of and done all the tricks and he just won’t sleep past one cycle; unless he’s sleeping on me. He sleeps great at night, usually 7-8 hour chunk.
