Anyone else feel like their pelvic area is like separating? So much pain lately.

Ohhh yes! I feel like my pelvis is just going to crack open any second. So so painful 😣

Yes it's so painful. I can avoid some of it by sitting down to put on my pants and geting in and out of bed with both legs together. But it still hurts other times. Like when I roll over in bed at night and some times just while I'm walking.

Sounds like SPD/PGP I’ve been seeing a chiropractor who’s really helped with the pain

Yes 😫 I feel like it cracks!! If that makes sense but it hurts so bad especially when I’m sleeping and need to turn
