Left back pain

Hi ladies!

For the last 2 days I’ve been having serious left back pain. I had an early scan so I know the baby is in my uterus. This is my second pregnancy and wondering if anyone has experienced back pain so early. I’m 6 weeks and 3 days, thinking about calling my OB in the mourning.
