Confused help please

Ok so me and me boyfriend have been Having a lot more sex lately. I've gotten my period already and I'm on the pill but I've been having some pregnancy symptoms ( nauseous, sentive to all smells hungry all the time n slight cramping in my back and legs) for the last we stand a half. N I was spotting today and yesterday. I nervous on if I could be pregnant and don't want to say anything to him until I'm sure. What do y'all think.
