PCOS & SUPER ITCHY! Picture below!

I was diagnosed with PCOS 3 months ago,put on Synthroid & about a month ago I started getting obnoxiously itchy! I have spots on both boobs & on my back & hip! Has anyone had this?! I’m getting self conscious of my boobs 😒 & nothing seems to help!

I did call my DR & they asked if I changed lotions, detergent, etc. & I haven’t.
