Am I just willing it or...?

Hi folks,

Been ttc for about 14 most. I was diagnosed with Bicornuate Uterus last month and was unable to get an appointment with the specialist till next month. In the meantime my period (usually 29-31 day cycle) is 6 days late. 4 PTs over the week have turned up negative however, I am feeling very similar pregnancy symptoms that I did with my first (MC at 10 weeks). Has anyone had a very late positive test or do you think it's likely just a late cycle or is my body just playing a cruel joke on me?
