normal ultrasound but high risk for Down syndrome

Has anyone had a normal ultrasound but given a high risk for Down syndrome?

We’ve opted for the harmony test (blood test) as I was given a 1:70 chance of trisomy 21 which we arnt concerned about since we would be keeping regardless of the outcome... just wondering if anyone had a normal ultrasound but given the high risk outcome.
