Pregnant with hand foot mouth. Any suggestions for relief ?

So im 7 weeks 1 day pregnant and I have hand foot and mouth. My kids already got it and it ran its course and they really didn’t have it too bad. Me on the other hand🥵 I’m covered. It’s in my hair, on my nose, on my ears, my feet, my hands, in my throat. The worst one is my hands and I am miserable! I didn’t go to sleep till 4 am this morning because I was in so much pain. Any suggestions on what I can do and any ways on how to help the blisters go away!? Any help is greatly appreciated
