Someone advise me lmao

I’ve got bad cramps ovulated last week according to OPKS on the 22nd July but glow is saying I ovulated Sunday any explanation for this? They feel like period pains but are pretty painful and are catching me by surprise is there any chance I actually could of ovulated two days ago? And I’m just experiencing after ovulation pains?
