Looking for answers

Hi, my name is Aubrey. Me and my partner have been trying to have a little one for a whole year now. I became pregnant in April of this year and we was soo happy but shortly after we found out I lost it, I was only a month and 2 weeks. About almost 3 months ago be have decided to start again. My period is 2 months late but I just started spotting today. I have been having a lot of symptoms along with nausea but no sickness. We have taken test after test but no positive tests yet?. I'm debating on going to the doctor to see of I am or just to see what might be going on. But first I was wondering if I could get any advice or answers to our problems, I would greatly appreciate it if anyone had any information since I am new at this whole thing. Lol thanks again..
