Ugh I can’t be

So I’m on nuvaring I’ve been on for a while my cycle has been off ever since but all of the sudden this month just spotting I put a new ring it and I took a test to be safe... I can’t tell if it’s positive there was still some blue dye left at the bottom of the circle... I can’t be pregnant I just had a baby in March 😩
