Home Doppler help me !!

I'm 9 weeks 4 days. I can hear this whooshing sound I think it could be the placenta but I can hear it really strong on either sides of my hips. And sometimes if I hold it in one place it is really light then gets stronger. And I can hear this wind sound like as if the baby was moving ?? But I'm not quite sure if I picked up the heartbeat yet. Someone help. How can I find it and what is the difference in the placenta and baby's heart beat ? Or is it impossible at this stage
