36 weeks tomorrow, been having on off mild period type cramps, tight belly occasionally with very slight discomfort! I’ve also had really frequent bowel movement (unlike me) 
am I nearing labour?! 😩

That does look like abit of your plug that doesn’t necessarily mean labour is near. It can and does grow back. When it’s your whole plug it will have blood in it

If you’ve lost your mucus plug there will be blood present

Looks like a tiny bit of it. Don't worry, at this point it can still regenerate.

I lost about 2 times that amount at 22 weeks, was panicking but the doctor said it just regenerates itself.
