Honestly I really like him and he treats me good. My mom HATES the fact he’s a year older than her. The sex is good and the vibe is great. But no I don’t see it going anywhere. Just kinda fun for the moment.

I'm with your mum on this one...try see it from her perspective. I doubt she looks at boys your age and thinks it'd be appropriate to have sex with one. Just be careful. Older men can be very manipulative because they know what young women want and they know how to take advantage of it.

Obviously he's going to treat you well, because you're nice arm candy for him. 
But really, I don't think it's feasible in the long run. You're in the prime of your life and he's middles aged- you guys have different wants and needs and expectations for the future.
