Please help me :( lumps?

My milk is just coming in now.. I developed swollen armpit lumps or lymph nodes I have a call into the doctor. My breast themselves are sore but not hard or anything has anyone else experienced this.

That sounds normal, it’s your milk ducts expanding. Breast tissue goes into the armpits as well. Once your milk regulates, your breasts won’t hurt so much and the ducts will won’t swell up as much

Normal. Milk can be up in your armpits if you get backed up or just as your milk regulates. It’s the worst. Lol!

I actually had something like this with my first. It happened about 2 weeks postpartum. And for me the doctor said they were clogged ducts. I just used heat and massage as well as pumped after I nursed. I'm not sure if this is the same thing you have of course. Good luck.
