I took Gaia Herbs Lactation Support..recommended by the lactation ladies at the hospital.Amazing amazing supplement..within 24 hours I had more milk and days later a ton...even if I forgot to drink or eat alot I had extra milk💕

This might be helpful. Also let baby nurse directly as long and as often as possible. I guess baby have been checked for a tongue and lip tie?

Adding an extra pumping helped. Also, I took legendairy milk products, their liquid supplement, lactivist made the most difference but it’s disgusting to drink. lol  I also drank six cups of mother’s milk tea a day. 
I never tried power pumping. I was pumping for my seventh child and it was already time consuming enough, I couldn’t commit to it. But doing what I did helped get my supply so we could get rid of formula anyway.
