Mid back pain.

I have this radiating pain, not in the kidneys, that suddenly started an hour or so ago. It is centralized at mid-lower spine... Almost seems in the area of epidural from previous births. No pain on contact and is constant dull with bursts of burning.... Never had this before and it's a bit odd. Anyone ever have anything similar?
