Is my baby breech?

I haven’t asked my dr yet but what do you guys think?! I feel the strongest kicks at or right on my belly button.. and small flutters really really low

My baby was in a breech position on July 3rd and today July 31 she was head down. So baby has time to move about.

There is still a lot of time for the baby to get into position. I'm due 10/31 and my baby goes transverse when I lay down then head down for the day once I'm up, feeling all the kicking in my ribs. If you're feeling flutters super low I'm assuming it's the baby's hands, so she probably just has her feet scrunched too?
My first was breech and never turned..so these kicks in the ribs are all new to me 😂
