Trying to conceive baby #2

After I gave birth to my daughter I had the nexplanon for the 3 years and once it was taken out I had one shot of the depo shot..here I am now TTC 7 months, since the shot was to be done, trying to have another baby like my husband and I want...only problem is my cycles are all messed up. Since I been tracking one was 46 days, then 30 days, then 26 days, and last was 30 days... Has anyone else had this problem??? It's so hard trying to conceive when my cycles are all messed up. Anyone know how to fix it or should I just make a doctors appointment?
