New to OPK! Trying for my first baby...

I got my BC nexplanon removed on July 25, 2019. Started using clear blue digital advanced OPK. I got a negative on Saturday July 27th. I got a flashing smiley on the 28th through today. Ive been testing twice a day since I got my flashing smiley. I’ve also had a little bit of cramping off and on since Sunday. Not a whole lot of discharge yet but my periods are irregular but have not had one again yet. First day of last period was July 4th. Will I reach peak soon or is this possibly a false positive? I know flashing smiley on CB digital advanced picks up rising levels of estrogen and peak reads surge in LH hormone. Have had sex the last 5 out of 7 days.
