Pelvic Pain/Tender spots

Today I woke up and I noticed some mild tenderness and soreness above my pubic area, kind of to the right a little bit. It didn't hurt to walk or pee or anything but it was sore to the touch. Almost felt like a bruise but I haven't noticed any markings or anything. I don't start my period for another week so it's not cramps. I'm scared that maybe it could be something with my ovaries? Has anybody experienced anything like this?
